• Long Bridge Pizza is named after an actual bridge (The Long Bridge) which connected the main downtown area to Mission Bay.
  • Restoration Hardware allows the general public to come in and hang out. They have a nice rooftop with some really nice views of the bay that anyone can access.
  • Steph Curry bought an empty lot which was originally Jim’s Smoke Shop and Deli, and will be using that space to headquarter Thirty Ink.
  • ICA SF, aka the Institute of Contemporary Art San Francisco, will soon be moving into downtown. However, while in Dogpatch, they were able to offer free admission to everyone, popups, murals, and a lot of other creative works for the public to see.
  • The Dogpatch Hubis a free, publicly accessible, community space that was recently renovated. They host various events like Dogpatch Neighborhood Association meetings and Mayoral Candidate Coffee Chats.
  • Not really Dogpatch, but the shopping center that has a Safeway in Potrero Hill on 16th Street used to be where the San Francisco Seals, a minor league baseball team, used to play.
