I randomly started running after a very long time. In general, the doctor has told me to not run since I have bad knees, but it’s okay if the ground is flat and steady. Now that I’m in inner sunset, I’m really close to Kezar Stadiumwhich I have come to appreciate.

I don’t think I’m against running — I think I really enjoy it, but there’s 3 things I’m realizing as I’m getting more into it:

  1. Phlegm build up is really annoying and makes it hard to breathe sometimes
  2. My ears are really big and maybe they get cold but they start to ache after a while of running
  3. My ankles need work before I can run longer distances

It’ll probably ease up over time, but just some random stuff I’ve noticed
